Courtney L. Claiborne

Senior Vice President of Operations

Courtney joined Genuent in September 2010 as Senior Vice President of Operations and brings with her 12 years of experience and success in the IT staffing industry. Ms. Claiborne is responsible for the continued development and expansion of Genuent’s delivery organization, including training, developing sales and recruiting staff, implementing best practices to drive process and performance improvement, and creating programs and initiatives to expand Genuent’s national presence.

Prior to joining Genuent, Ms. Claiborne spent over 7 years at COMSYS Information Technology Services where she was responsible for the creation and development of their National Fulfillment Organization and National Recruiting Center. While with COMSYS, Ms. Claiborne specialized in creating and leading “best-in-class” delivery organizations that supported national Fortune 500 clients as well as emerging markets. She hired, trained, and developed dozens of top-performing recruiters and created training programs that were delivered across the COMSYS enterprise.

Ms. Claiborne entered the IT staffing industry in early 1999 and spent several years as a top-performing Technical Recruiter and Account Manager with Sapphire Technologies (formerly New Boston Systems) growing a personal book of business of over $5 million in annual revenue.

Ms. Claiborne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Christianity from Houston Baptist University.
