Pete Cochrane

Vice President

Pete joined Genuent in January of 2011 as Vice President and is Co-founder of PR’UF, a web based solution. Pete brings over 11 years of experience in the IT Staffing and Solutions Industry.

During his career, Mr. Cochrane has held a variety of roles, from Senior National Recruiter to National Account Manager, for some of the largest staffing providers in the world. Throughout his career, Mr. Cochrane has consistently developed world-class recruiting strategies and innovative sales delivery strategies for Fortune 500 companies across North America.

Mr. Cochrane started his career in 2000 as a Technical Recruiter, where he helped launch the New York City office for Technisource. After 6 months, the office reached $3 million in projected annual revenue and secured a client list that included some of the largest financial institutions in the world. After one year serving as the Recruiting Director for the New York City office, Mr. Cochrane elected to return to Florida where he served as a National Technical Recruiter based in Jacksonville, Florida until November of 2004.

During the fall of 2004, Mr. Cochrane accepted an Account Manager position with Modis, the IT Staffing Division of MPS Group (now known as Adecco). Within the first year, Mr. Cochrane reached $650,000 in annual revenue and achieved top ten Account Manager status at the national level. In 2007, Mr. Cochrane was promoted to a National Account Manager position where he managed $9 million in revenue.

In August of 2010, Mr. Cochrane co-founded PR’UF, a web solution that provides a social network for candidates, vendors, hiring managers, and subject matter experts to collaborate and improve the modern hiring process. PR’UF continues to grow in terms of revenue and market share throughout the Southeast United States.
